Join YellowDoor Hotels’ kitchen team at one boutique hotel in Abuja. Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll help deliver Nigerian and international food for guests across breakfast, dining, room service, and events. This is an on-site role with rotating shifts, including weekends. Gross monthly base pay is ₦350,000–₦500,000.
Your Mission
- 01Coordinate preparation and service across breakfast, dining, room service, and events.
- 02Coach 1–5 kitchen staff, document progress, and address performance gaps fairly.
- 03Execute Nigerian and international menus with consistent portions and presentation.
- 04Track stock and waste, plan preparation, and recommend orders for Head Chef approval.
- 05Enforce HACCP-based food-safety routines on every shift.
- 06Lead composed, accountable kitchen shifts when the Head Chef is away.
