Your Mission
- 01Collect plated dishes from the kitchen pass and deliver to correct tables
- 02Confirm order accuracy and guest seating before every delivery
- 03Communicate promptly with kitchen and floor staff on order readiness
- 04Clear tables efficiently to keep service flowing during peak periods
- 05Keep service corridors and stations tidy throughout live service
- 06Support wait staff during busy rushes without waiting to be asked
