Retail & Digital Sales Assistant

Help customers discover OBIDA's original African prints, handcrafted in Nigeria. You’ll sell and style pieces in the store, bring the same care to online conversations, and make sure orders move smoothly to fulfilment. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll have a direct hand in growing sales and giving customers a reason to return.
Your Mission
- 01Welcome store customers, offer styling guidance, and close sales confidently.
- 02Answer WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours.
- 03Record sales and digital orders accurately, then hand paid orders to Operations.
- 04Log and follow up on open enquiries, holds, and customer orders.
- 05Keep displays, pricing, and stock presentation ready for customers, including weekends.
- 06Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate quality or fulfilment issues.
