You’ll lead a team of 5–10 across the restaurant floor, bar service and private events, keeping service on pace and resolving issues before they escalate. This is a hands-on role for a supervisor who pairs warm hospitality with clear standards.
Your Mission
- 01Supervise 5–10 staff across rotating morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
- 02Inspect table setups and lead focused briefings before each service.
- 03Monitor service pace and coordinate order timing with the kitchen.
- 04Resolve guest complaints promptly across restaurant, bar and private events.
- 05Correct missed standards, coach staff and document recurring concerns.
- 06Log guest issues daily and report operations to the F&B Manager.
