Backline Outsourcing is building its recruitment function from scratch, and you'll be the founding hire. Your mandate: place Doctors, Nurses, and Radiographers across global markets at volume - 16 to 30 verified hires per month. Your Mission
- 01Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, etc. globally using LinkedIn and job boards.
- 02Screen and assess clinical candidates against specific client role requirements.
- 03Conduct initial interviews and coordinate end-to-end client-facing interview logistics.
- 04Maintain complete, accurate candidate records in the ATS for every active candidate.
- 05Build reusable sourcing pipelines for each healthcare discipline across global markets.
- 06Track and report placement activity against monthly targets of 16–30 hires.
