- 01Greet arriving and departing guests and handle luggage within 3 minutes
- 02Provide confident local recommendations, directions, and landmark knowledge
- 03Keep the lobby and entrance spotless, orderly, and welcoming at all times
- 04Support concierge tasks including reservations and light errands as needed
- 05Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests quickly
