Your Mission
- 01Own the CEO's calendar, follow-ups, and priority tracking end-to-end
- 02Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes without CEO involvement
- 03Maintain accurate employee records and close HR compliance gaps
- 04Build and document operational systems that keep the team organised as it grows
- 05Pay attention to team dynamics and surface issues leadership needs to know
- 06Take ownership of ownerless problems and see them through to completion
