The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, ownership-driven Operations Officer to keep Oak Exclusive's factory running at full force. You'll sit at the nerve centre of our production operation — making sure power stays on, materials arrive on time, machinery runs clean, and every department from tailoring to warehousing is firing on all cylinders. This isn't a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the details, and ahead of problems before they become disruptions. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, lead with initiative, and take pride in running a tight ship, you'll fit right in.
Your Mission
- 01Oversee clothing production department and ensure the production manager meets targets and quality standards
- 02Manage warehousing operations — incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatches
- 03Liaise with procurement to ensure ordered items are delivered on time
- 04Supervise the security team and enforce compliance with company SOPs
- 05Manage power supply and ensure uninterrupted energy for factory operations
- 06Oversee maintenance of facilities, machinery, and vehicles
