The Night Manager owns everything that happens between 6 PM and 8 AM - guest experience, staff conduct, financial close, and security across both the hotel and The Living Room restaurant. Your Mission
- 01Oversee all hotel and restaurant operations from 6 PM to 8 AM nightly
- 02Supervise 3–10 night-shift staff across front office, restaurant, and security
- 03Resolve guest complaints on the spot and escalate only genuine emergencies
- 04Complete accurate end-of-shift financial reconciliation with zero cash discrepancies
- 05Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house, and surrounding premises
- 06Prepare a detailed night report and hand over cleanly to the morning management team
