The Opportunity
Oak Exclusive is looking for a Human Resources Officer to manage and grow our people operations as we scale Africa's apparel production. You'll own the full HR lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance and culture — ensuring our team reflects the craftsmanship and excellence we put into every product.
Your Mission
- 01Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (production, printing, admin)
- 02Onboard new staff and maintain employee records
- 03Administer payroll, leave, and benefits
- 04Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- 05Track and support performance management cycles
- 06Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and company HR policies
- 07Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs
