Juremi Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance & Investment to lead the restructuring and elevation of our finance function across our multi-sector portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and can balance operational rigour with long-term strategic vision.
Your Mission
- 01Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units
- 02Manage treasury and liquidity to ensure group-wide financial stability
- 03Drive investment and wealth management strategy to maximize returns on company assets
- 04Lead capital raising and corporate finance activities including debt and equity structuring
- 05Oversee portfolio and project finance management across Juremi's five sectors
- 06Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders
- 07Maintain strong accounting operations and internal controls
- 08Ensure tax planning and full regulatory compliance
- 09Drive business performance management and strategic KPI reporting
- 10Optimize asset utilization and resource allocation
- 11Lead enterprise risk management across the group
- 12Oversee procurement strategy and cost optimization initiatives
- 13Manage and develop the finance team while engaging senior stakeholders
