Your Mission
- 01Coach guests and members through tailored, safe workout routines at every fitness level
- 02Design and monitor individual exercise programmes aligned to members' personal goals
- 03Demonstrate correct equipment use and enforce gym safety procedures daily
- 04Log all equipment faults within 24 hours and follow up until resolved
- 05Manage the external membership experience to retain and grow the paying member base
- 06Maintain a clean, organised gym environment across morning and evening rotating shifts
