This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving Abuja boutique hotel with high standards and a warm, professional team.
Your Mission
- 01Lead front desk and guest services across daily shifts.
- 02Resolve guest concerns and turn difficult moments into positive experiences.
- 03Coach staff and hold the team to clear service standards.
- 04Coordinate arrivals, guest requests, and smooth shift handovers.
- 05Produce timely shift reports and address recurring guest issues.
