Your Mission
- 01Coordinate front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and guest relations daily
- 02Monitor and act on guest feedback to close service gaps quickly
- 03Handle escalated complaints and drive resolution within 30 minutes
- 04Manage room allocation and ensure smooth check-in and check-out flow
- 05Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness and presentation standards
- 06Train and appraise guest services staff to maintain consistent service quality
