We're looking for a General Manager to lead the property end-to-end - from operations and people to guest experience and profitability. This is a high-ownership role for a hospitality leader who thrives on building excellent teams, driving results, and setting standards others aspire to.
Your Mission
- 01Own full P&L responsibility and drive revenue, cost control, and profitability across all departments
- 02Build, coach, and retain a high-performing middle management team with clear accountability frameworks
- 03Design, document, and implement standardised operating procedures across all hotel functions
- 04Establish world-class KPIs and reporting cadences for operational and financial performance
- 05Cultivate deep relationships with key corporate and leisure clients to drive repeat business
- 06Oversee The Living Room restaurant and bar - ensuring quality, profitability, and brand alignment
- 07Maintain exceptional facility standards through proactive maintenance and compliance
- 08Define and develop a talent pipeline that supports the hotel's long-term growth
- 09Champion a culture of high standards, warmth, accountability, and genuine guest-centricity
