We're hiring an F&B Manager who leads from the floor, owns the numbers, and builds teams that consistently deliver - not someone who manages from behind a desk.
Your Mission
- 01Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets and service areas
- 02Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 11–20 F&B staff
- 03Track food cost, wastage, and revenue figures weekly and act on variances
- 04Ensure all stock, orders, bills, and complimentary items are properly recorded
- 05Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across every shift
- 06Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to resolve issues and improve delivery
