The Living Room is central to the guest experience at YellowDoor Hotels. We’re looking for an F&B Manager who leads from the floor, brings kitchen and service teams together, and takes ownership of results across the restaurant, bar, events and room service. You’ll have room to make scheduling, performance and routine purchasing decisions.
Your Mission
- 01Lead daily service across all hotel F&B outlets, events and room service.
- 02Coach and hold 11–20 staff accountable for consistent service.
- 03Review weekly food-cost, wastage and revenue figures; act on variances.
- 04Record and reconcile stock, orders, bills and complimentary items.
- 05Enforce food safety, hygiene, presentation and service standards every shift.
- 06Resolve guest issues and coordinate improvements with kitchen and service teams.
