Support the founder of YellowDoor Hotels in a fast-moving Abuja hospitality business. You’ll protect their time, keep leadership decisions moving and coordinate across hotel teams. This is an on-site role for someone who brings sound judgment, discretion and a firm but fair approach to follow-through.
Your Mission
- 01Triage the founder’s calendar, inbox and correspondence to protect priority time.
- 02Prepare meetings and track decisions, owners and follow-ups.
- 03Coordinate travel, confidential requests and personal errands discreetly.
- 04Follow up with people and hotel teams on operational priorities.
- 05Support the founder during regular evenings and weekends.
