Help the CEO of OBIDA focus on the decisions and creative direction that move the business forward. You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving, founder-led team creating original African print fashion, while working closely with its leaders to keep priorities, people and projects on track.
Your Mission
- 01Protect the CEO’s calendar, prioritize requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- 02Prepare meeting briefs, capture decisions, and follow action items through to completion.
- 03Track CEO commitments, assign owners, and flag risks before deadlines slip.
- 04Coordinate travel, logistics, stakeholders, and cross-functional projects.
- 05Support operational and people-related coordination
- 06Handle confidential administration, personal scheduling, and occasional errands.
