Your Mission
- 01Prepare, portion and organize ingredients before each service.
- 02Cook under the Chef de Partie’s direction.
- 03Follow recipes and plate dishes to agreed standards.
- 04Clean your workstation and equipment throughout each shift.
- 05Support other kitchen sections during rushes without neglecting your section.
