As Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be the human face of that mission - resolving real problems, building a trusted online community, and writing content that makes credit feel less scary. This is a hybrid role where support, social media, and content carry equal weight.
Your Mission
- 01Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media within one hour
- 02Troubleshoot credit report, wallet, and app issues with calm, clear solutions
- 03Engage daily with followers on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn to build community trust
- 04Write 12–18 blog posts and FAQs monthly that simplify Nigerian credit topics
- 05Log, escalate, and follow up on bugs and broken flows until the product team closes them
- 06Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and build an evergreen user education content library
