This is the senior security leadership seat: you own the strategy, the team, and the systems that keep guests, staff, and assets safe around the clock. If you have built security operations from the ground up and led people through real emergencies, this role was written for you.
Your Mission
- 01Oversee all three shifts and maintain 24/7 security coverage across the property
- 02Lead incident investigations and produce accurate, confidential written reports
- 03Manage CCTV, access control, fire, and alarm systems to ensure full operational coverage
- 04Enforce loss-prevention controls across cash points, bar, kitchen, and storerooms
- 05Build, roster, train, and appraise an in-house security team across all shifts
- 06Serve as on-site incident commander during emergencies until handover to external services
