At YellowDoor Hotels in Abuja, you’ll take charge of rotating kitchen sections serving restaurant guests and events. You’ll keep dishes consistent when service gets busy and help 3–4 junior cooks improve. This is an on-site role with rotating shifts, including weekends. Base pay is monthly.
Your Mission
- 01Run rotating sections for restaurant and event service.
- 02Prepare and plate dishes to agreed recipes, quality and ticket-time standards.
- 03Keep assigned stations clean, stocked and ready before service.
- 04Monitor portions, stock shortages and avoidable waste.
- 05Coach 3–4 junior cooks on prep and hygiene standards.
