This recruitment is being organised by Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd on behalf of a financial services company based in Abuja. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in financial services sales and an existing network of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). This is not a role for someone building from scratch — we need someone who already has relationships, already has a pipeline, and is ready to activate it from day one. You will report directly to the MD/Founder and lead a lean but ambitious BD team. Your mandate is simple: bring in deposits, drive loan disbursements, and grow the company's footprint in the financial services space. If you thrive on autonomy, love closing big deals, and have the presence to move in C-suite circles, this role was made for you.
Your Mission
- 01Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities (multi-million to billion-naira scale)
- 02Build and manage relationships with financial services clients
- 03Lead and manage the business development team
- 04Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- 05Report directly to the MD/Founder on growth targets and pipeline
