Your Mission
- 01Operate and maintain all five machine types across every assigned shift
- 02Execute daily cleaning, descaling, and calibration routines without prompting
- 03Deliver accurate, well-presented drinks at pace during peak service hours
- 04Identify and flag equipment wear or performance issues before they escalate
- 05Contribute documented optimization practices that extend machine lifespan
- 06Cross-train and guide incoming baristas on machine handling and drink standards
