Help Oak Exclusive keep its finances as dependable as its production work. You’ll own the day-to-day accounting for an apparel business spanning industrial tailoring, printing and embroidery, from customer payments to production costs. This is a hands-on role reporting to the founder.
Your Mission
- 01Record sales, purchases, receipts and expenses in Zoho Books.
- 02Issue invoices, track customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- 03Check supplier invoices and approvals before preparing payments.
- 04Reconcile accounts, manage petty cash and retire staff advances with receipts.
- 05Administer payroll, complete tax filings and close the books monthly.
- 06Track production costs and inventory.
