Your Mission
- 01Own month-end close and reconciliations across real estate, hospitality, and construction ledgers
- 02Prepare and issue monthly management accounts and project cost reports to the Head of Finance
- 03Maintain audit-ready files and flag compliance gaps before statutory deadlines arrive
- 04Process and review accounts payable, receivable, and multi-entity bank reconciliations
- 05Supervise and review the daily output of 1–2 account officers against defined checklists
- 06Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and tax and statutory compliance obligations
